Head of School's Welcome,
The head teacher at our school is Ms Krystyna Czubiak.
There are two deputy head teachers: Ms Bożena Czarnynoga who is in charge of lower primary classes and Ms Miroslawa Wnękowicz, who supervises higher primary classes.
Our History
The old building of our school named Frederic Chopin was inaugurated 1.09.1981. It was a temporary solution.
The old walls did not withstand the pressure of time. Under the influence of large mining damage in the building of the younger classes, intensified efforts to construct a new building of schools,
On 12 Oct 1993, students and teachers of younger classes first entered the new buildings of school. It turned out that the school buildings, which has to introduce us in the twenty-first century, are perfectly integrated into the historic part of Giszowiec . The team of architects: Stanisław Niemczyk, Anna Pieńkowska-Kuszewska. Kuszewska and Niemczyk made sure that the various pavilions reflect the scale and character of existing residential buildings yet.

There are also additional activities for students after lessons.They are connected with different topics such like: Polish, science, history, IT, Europe, photography, library and sports
In our school there is a library and an entertaining room for students where they can spend their free time, do their homeworks and play .
The school has two gyms, swimming pool and sports fields, two computer rooms and language labs.
